FOUNDER'S BACKGROUND
My Brasil Story
With a lifelong connection to Brazil, I bring decades of firsthand experience, cultural fluency, and business insight to the international real estate market.
My journey began in 1986, shortly after graduating from the University of Arizona, when I first traveled to Brazil. I later studied at PUC University in Rio de Janeiro and explored the country extensively, developing a deep understanding of its regions, culture, and opportunities.
From 1992 to 1997, I lived in Salvador, Bahia, where I co-founded and operated TecAudio, a company specializing in professional sound equipment. This experience gave me valuable entrepreneurial and operational expertise within the Brazilian market.
In 1997, I returned to the United States and founded US Transcom, a telecommunications company providing low-cost international calling services. A significant portion of my clientele consisted of Brazilian customers, allowing me to maintain strong personal and professional ties to the country.
Over the years, I have continued to travel regularly between the U.S. and Brazil, building and managing business ventures. This ongoing involvement gives me a current, on-the-ground perspective that benefits my clients.

Her expertise spans acquisition, short-term rental strategy, and full-service property management—making her an invaluable partner for international investors.
Dani is a graduate of Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Paraíba, and combines strong local market knowledge with a results-driven approach to help clients invest with confidence in João Pessoa.
